Nurse collage, 1982. Its special to me because it was the first gig
I played with Conflict. Gun Club never played that
night, unfortunately, as half the band's van broke down outside of Yuma
on their way from LA. Jeffrey Lee Pierce was in the audience, though.
After all these years The Gun Club has withstood the test of time. Pierce was brilliant, a true visionary when you consider how much
bad "alt.country" has flowed under the bridge since those
days.
